Denise began her health journey while pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Rush University. She worked as an RN at Scripps Mercy Hospital and later found her way into pharmaceutical sales with Eli Lilly which she was a part of for 18 years. She has always had a passion for helping people reach their full potential. Denise is a certified 500 hour yoga instructor and has been teaching at CorePower Yoga for the past 10 years. She lives with her husband and 2 children in Encinitas.
She enjoys running, yoga, and barre.
