With over 10 years of experience in body work, Xuyen has a strong awareness of functional health. Her journey in health improvement began when she suffered from injuries due to multiple car accidents and working long hours at her corporate job. Xuyen became a regular practitioner in Yoga, acupuncture, massage and just about every treatment to help her manage her pain. Through Yoga, Xuyen noticed the improvement of her posture, her chronic pain began to heal and her joint mobility increased in a tremendous way. She decided to get certified with Yoga Alliance for her 200 hour teacher training. From there her passion for helping others flourished. She holds an array of certifications as we as led over 30 yoga teacher trainings. Xuyen enjoys expanding her knowledge in Kinesiology and anatomy. She strives to continue adding to her repertoire in effort to gain ways to help her clients heal.
